Okay crazy Horse Fans... I know that it took awhile to relay the
weekend event results to you, but not exactly not GOOD news to post. It
was a Bad weekend at the Crazy Horse pits.
During the long awaited 1st Round of qualifying, the team suffered a
burst panel problem. Just around the 200 foot mark the panel let go on
the intake and needless to say, the 'Over the Belt Gang' spent a ton of
time trying to make Crazy Horse ready for the 2nd Round.

they're under the gun.

And, wouldn't you know it... The rain and weather made it so difficult that
the "Over the Belt Gang" feel just short in getting the machine to the lanes
for round 2.
After all the tussle and bustle, Crazy Horse experienced a similar fate
on the third pass. Again the crew went to work to bring Crazy Horse back
to life to compete in the elimination rounds.
Everything seemed to be a go as John Hit the throttle against Bob
Newberry, but it was soon apparent that a throttle linkage malfunctioned
and Crazy Horse was sent to the stables early.
"Come on John, you don't have
to ALWAYS be sitting in the
car... It won't go anywhere."

Of course there is always an upside to any event. No one was hurt,
we ate really good, and the fans flocked to the pits to see the team try to
create magic. Even in between the rain showers and the long waits... It's
Good to see and Talk with all the Crazy Horse Fans!!
As of right now we will not be in Richmond, John's kids are getting put
of school and having their graduation ceremonies will be a conflict. This is
a family oriented team and family comes first. We will be at Valdosta, Ga
for the NHRA Div. 2 Race.
